during IBMA fan fest. A lot of prize money and a lot of competition.

bluegrass, play bluegrass, or want to get into bluegrass you should
be a member. They have a great conference annually in Nashville and
at the end they have "Fan Fest". See everyone you have ever heard of
in the bluegrass world in two days on one stage. Check it out.
MSOTFA- Montana State Old-time Fiddlers Organization. The crowd I
grew up with. They host jams all over the state, a camp, and a great
little fiddle contest.
